With over four decades of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, the United Nations, the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), and key government departments of Science & Technology, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Mehajan serves as the guiding force and strategic visionary behind NobleGenics.
His illustrious journey spans numerous accolades, including recognition from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
He serves as the President’s Nominee on the Board of Governors at IIT Kharagpur and as an Expert with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). His leadership has consistently bridged policy, intellect, and innovation—fostering collaboration across academia, industry, and national institutions.
As a Strategic Advisor (Research & Innovation) at Thapar University, Patiala, he led impactful initiatives to enhance proposal quality, promote interdisciplinary research, and elevate institutional visibility on the national map.
