PARTNERSHIP Models (Financial Variants)

We offer several financial engagement models to suit the unique needs and budgetary considerations of your institution:

Model 1: Fixed Annual Cost + Incentives (3-Year Plan)
1–2 years: Fixed partnership covering capacity building, mentorship, system integration.
Year 3: Performance-based incentives tied to measurable research outcomes.
Renewable for two additional years upon mutual review.

Model 2: Fixed Annual Cost (Standard Model)
Annual engagement fee covering all programs and deliverables.
Predictable budget, ideal for institutions initiating research reforms.
Optional modular add-ons for consultancy, incubation, or advanced workshops.

Model 3: Outcome-Based Partnership (Revenue-Linked Model)
Minimal upfront cost; success-based fee (10%) on funded projects or collaborations facilitated. Suitable for universities preferring a performance-sharing approach.

Legal and Administrative Framework

  • Confidentiality: Mutual non-disclosure of proprietary data.
  • Intellectual Property: Joint IP ownership for co-developed research outputs.
  • Termination: Either party may withdraw with 60 days’ written notice.
  • Renewal: Based on mutual consent and performance review.
